Collection: Tri-GalNAc
Tri-N-acetylgalactosamine (Tri-GalNAcβ) probes can be used to target drugs to hepatocytes in the liver, by exploiting the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR). The trivalent probe shows high avidity binding to the ASGPR. Therapeutic payloads can be directly conjugated to Tri-GalNAc ligands or encapsulated in nanoparticles decorated with Tri-GalNAc ligands.
We provide Tri-GalNAc ligands with various functional linkers depending on their intended use.
